We accept returns on all UNUSED PRODUCTS, as well as electronics within their original, unopened packaging, up to 30 days after the order has been placed. If the product has been used, even just once, we CANNOT accept the return.
Tanks, Atomizers, Coils, E-liquids, Batteries, Glass, Pods
These items are considered consumable items, similar to food or drinks. Once they have been used or opened, they cannot be resold, and therefore they cannot be returned or exchanged. This is due to health and safety concerns, as well as quality control issues.
In light of these concerns, many retailers have policies in place that do not allow for the return or exchange of used or opened disposable vapes. While this may be inconvenient for customers, it is a standard industry practice to protect the health and safety of consumers and to ensure that high-quality products are available for purchase.
Defective Disposable Vapes
Our Customer Service Team handles defective disposable device claims on a case by case basis.
We do our best to put every device and box sold through a visual quality assurance check prior to packing and shipping orders. However, There are a number of components in a disposable device that could fail and cause a faulty unit, and the nature of the product means that there is unfortunately not a way for us to thoroughly function and flavor test devices prior to shipment.
Sadly, this means that on occasion, our customers may encounter a defective device. There simply is not a way for us to warrant against this, and virtually no disposable device manufacturer currently on the market can make a claim of a disposable device line where these issues do not occasionally present themselves.
Although we strive to ensure all products we carry are 100% authentic and of the highest possible quality, we sell numerous quantities of disposable vapes and because of their nature we do run into malfunctioning devices on rare occasions. If this happens, please reach out to our customer support team and we will do our best to help! Everything is looked at on a case-by-case basis and we cannot make any promises regarding these issues - Thank You for Understanding!

Items Broken in Shipping
ALL packages that are broken in shipping will be replaced with the same piece or an equivalent piece that has been agreed upon between Forge Smoke Shop and the customer. Broken packages must be photographed and documented before a return package will be sent out. Forge Smoke Shop must be informed of the break within 48 hours of the customer receiving the package.
Please note: For all packages damaged or broken in shipping, we will remedy this issue as soon as we possibly can. Please remain calm and polite throughout the broken items replacement process, being angry about the situation will not speed up the process.
All dead on arrival items, damaged, missing, or wrong items must be reported back to us within 48hrs of receiving your order. Inspect all items carefully when you receive your order, it is your responsibility to report all issues within this time frame. Minor scratches, cosmetic blemishes, or discoloration are considered normal and are not covered by this warranty.
ALL returns are processed as a refund and/or Credit.
Compatibility between our products is your responsibility, we suggest you do your research on items prior to placing your order as incompatibility issues are not grounds for eligible returns.
Return shipping costs are not covered by Forge Smoke Shop, you are responsible for the costs to return any items to us. We do not offer any reimbursement for shipping costs for any reason.
All clearance/sale items, and disposable sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds on these items, this includes defective items in these categories.
- Shipping charges are not refunded unless the product is being returned due to our error.
- Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and authorized at our discretion.
- Non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
